This valuation is done free of charge.
You will also receive a list of the documents that we need to start the sales process.
After agreeing what type of contract best suits you, we can go ahead with the next step.

Now that we got to know you better, it’s time to start with getting ready to put your house on the market in the best way possible.

In the meanwhile we also prepared all the material to get your house on the Zoom Villas Social Media platforms. We will use all the possible ways, as for example posts, stories, reels,… and will repeat the visibility on a regular base if needed.
Property Visits
All of our viewings are private, which is very much appreciated by our customers. We’ll inform you about upcoming views and keep you updated and give you feedback on the results of the viewings and what the potential buyers think the same day of the visit. If we get a key it will be easier to show your property. This way you don’t have to be on site every time we visit.

Yes, we found a buyer
Once you and a buyer have agreed a price, the date the property will be available and arrangements have been made regarding furniture and inventory, the next step is to prepare a contract for a reservation deposit.
From there on we start preparing all the paperwork to go to the lawyer and get ready to sign at the notary.
