Moraira
Let yourself be enchanted by the unique flair of this little village, the like of which you won’t find anywhere else. Moraira’s incomparable quality of life and excellent infrastructure leave nothing to be desired..
Moraira was once a thriving fishing village. Over time it has changed into a high-end holiday destination with luxury villas and apartments but still retaining all of it’s charm, which attracts visitors and ex-pat residents.
Thanks to the short flight time from Central Europe and the good connections to the airports of Alicante and Valencia, buying a property as a holiday home or real estate for a permanent stay is undoubtedly the best decision if you are looking for a new home that is very close to paradise.
You will enjoy the year-round pleasant climate and the typical Mediterranean lifestyle that is evident in every corner. Here you will find a place that is good for your soul, where life is certainly more relaxed and your children will grow up in an international environment
Javea
The pretty town of Javea lies on a beautiful bay, on the Costa Blanca North.
It borders the Parc Natural del Montgó, located between the rocky Cabo de San Antonio and Cabo de la Nao. A small, historic town, offering a relaxing holiday atmosphere.
Javea has also one of the most varied landscapes of the Mediterranean coast with sea, mountains, valleys, and cliffs of exceptional beauty.
For a day off from the beach we can highly recommend to explore the not less than fourteen viewpoints Javea offers. Each of them with amazing panoramic views. All viewpoints have been carefully selected and are clearly signposted so finding them is not a challenge.
The surrounding landscape of rugged mountains inland and sandy beaches and coves leads to a climate that is suited to comfort throughout the year.
For those passionate about golf or willing to give it a try, Javea has two fantastic golf courses: La Sella Golf Club and Club de Golf Javea.
Benissa
Benissa is one of the older inland towns but its municipality stretches till the Mediterranean Sea where it’s known as Benissa Costa.
It includes around 4 km of coastline between Calpe and Moraira, and consists of cliff tops, rocky coves, tiny bays and lovely beaches.
Not to be missed is its old town, which has a decidedly medieval character with historic buildings and quaint back streets. The main square with views to the Cathedral and fountain still reflects the real authentic Spanish life.
Besides it’s interesting coastline, Benissa also offers many hills and mountains, as the Sierra de Oltá, La Mala Verda and the most well-known Sierra the Bernia with a height of almost 1200 metres.
In April, Benissa holds its Local Fiestas, while June sees the Moors and Christians celebrations
Benitachell
A charming Spanish village between Teulada and Javea, Benitachell has become very popular as a place to live all year round for many foreigners. Although just five minute’s drive to the beach at either Moraira or Javea, it provides the best of both worlds for those wanting a more peaceful area.
Several urbanizations surround the old town, the largest of which - Cumbre del Sol.
The Cumbre del sol urbanization is well known for its spectacular sea views and the quiet beach Cala del Moraig, a cove of gravel and clear blue waters at the bottom of an impressive cliff.
Be sure to also visit Cala Testos, a small, untouched gravel cove tucked between vertical cliff walls. The isolated cove is only reachable by sea or by foot through a well signed path.
Calpe
Located at the heart of the Costa Blanca, Calp has a unique identity.
The imposing Peñon de Ifach welcomes you to the town of Calpe. This majestic headland is the main highlight of the natural park that shares the same name and which is one of Costa Blanca’s most important landmarks.
However, Calpe is not only famous for this unique environment, it has more than 12 km of coast with two long sand beaches, separated by the 332 m high Peñon de Ifach. Both have a large promenade along the beach.
A walk around the narrow streets of Calpe’s Old Town are a must for any visitor to Calpe. The original fishing village of Calpe originally consisted of a walled old town constructed around the church, the wall being built to defend the residents against frequent attacks by pirates from North Africa.
Beaches, enjoying the sun, relaxing at the Salt Lake with its flamingo’s and of course … the Peñon de Ifach… these are some of the things Calpe is offering.
